In the past they had been Princess Serenity of the moon and Prince Endymion of the Earth. They were in love, but the distrust between their two kingdoms strained their relationship. They lost their lives in the battle against the Metallia, a battle that also destroyed both kingdoms. Her mother, striken with grief sends the two into the future to be reborn and to live normal lives...

In the present they are Tsukino Usagi and Chiba Mamoru... Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Kamen. Two young people who, with the help of the other Sailor Scouts, fight to protect the world from foe after foe...

In the future they are married, and live as King Endymion and Neo-Queen Serenity of Crystal Tokyo. They also have a young daughter, Chibi-Usa, who is sent into the past to get help for the future, and for her mother who is trapped in a Crystal tomb and just may die...

And their love survives.
